Terms of Service
Service policies, warranties, and what to expect when you work with us.

By using our website or hiring Sebastian RV Repair for service, you're agreeing to the terms below. We've written them in plain language so there aren't any surprises.
Service Agreement
All repair work begins with a diagnosis and a written quote. We won't start any work until you've reviewed the quote and given your approval. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they're issued. After that, pricing may change based on parts availability or updated labor estimates.
For larger projects (solar installations, full roof reseals, major electrical work), we may provide a detailed scope of work document in addition to the standard quote.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept the following methods:
- Cash
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Zelle
- Venmo
- CashApp
For jobs over $1,000, we may require a deposit before ordering specialty parts. We'll discuss this upfront when presenting your quote.
Warranty
All repairs performed by Sebastian RV Repair come with a 90-day labor warranty. If something we fixed fails within 90 days due to our workmanship, we'll come back and make it right at no additional charge.
This warranty covers our labor only. Parts warranties vary by manufacturer and are passed through to you directly. We'll let you know the warranty terms on any parts we install.
The warranty doesn't cover damage caused by misuse, modifications by others, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear after the repair.
Limitations
Our specialty is the RV living space. We service these systems:
- Electrical (12V, 120V, converters, inverters, batteries, solar)
- Plumbing (water pumps, water heaters, pipes, fittings, tanks)
- AC and cooling systems
- Roof and seals
- Slideouts and leveling systems
- Appliances (refrigerators, furnaces, stoves, microwaves)
- Generator maintenance (oil changes, filters, spark plugs, fuel systems)
We don't work on engines, transmissions, drivetrains, or perform full generator rebuilds. If your issue falls outside our scope, we'll do our best to refer you to a qualified specialist.
Liability
Sebastian RV Repair is not responsible for pre-existing conditions that aren't included in the agreed-upon scope of work. If we discover additional issues during a repair, we'll let you know and provide a separate quote before doing any extra work.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific repair in question.
Cancellation
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. This helps us manage our schedule and keep wait times short for all customers.
If you need to cancel a job after work has already started, you'll be responsible for any labor and parts costs incurred up to that point.
