Meet Patrick Lee
Patrick grew up in Brevard County and spent 6 years working at a marine and RV dealership service center in Melbourne. He learned every system inside an RV, from 12-volt wiring to rooftop AC teardowns, but he also saw how the dealership model worked for customers: drop off your rig, wait 2 to 4 weeks, then get a surprise bill.
He knew there was a better way. In 2016, Patrick moved to Sebastian, bought a Ram ProMaster service van, and started taking calls. His pitch was simple: drive to you, diagnose on the spot, tell you the price, and fix it that day. No waiting list, no mystery invoices.
That first year was mostly word of mouth. A converter replacement at Sebastian Inlet. A water heater swap in Barefoot Bay. A roof reseal in Vero Beach. One job led to the next, and the phone kept ringing.
Where we are now
10 years later, we've completed over 2,800 repairs across Indian River County. We've got 4.8 stars from 189 reviews, and we're RVIA certified with compliance to NEC Article 551 and NFPA 1192. We've grown from 6 service categories to 8, adding solar power and generator maintenance as those requests kept coming in.
The Sebastian area has a massive RV community. Snowbirds fill Sebastian Inlet State Park from October through April. Full-timers live along US-1 and in communities like Barefoot Bay. Weekend warriors store their rigs on CR 512 and along the back roads near Fellsmere. We've worked on just about every make, model, and situation you can think of.
We still run the same model Patrick started with: drive to you, diagnose it, quote it, fix it. That part hasn't changed. The truck's just a lot more stocked now.
What we work on (and what we don't)
We cover 8 service categories, all focused on the living space of your RV. If it's inside the coach or on the roof, we probably fix it. Here's what falls under our umbrella:
What we don't do: We don't work on engines, transmissions, or drivetrains. We also don't rebuild generators; we handle maintenance only (oil changes, filters, spark plugs, load testing). If you need drivetrain work or a full generator rebuild, we'll point you to someone who specializes in that.
